Message from Jeremy:
- One of the most important beliefs I have is communication. I want our gym to maintain open communication between everyone at the gym. So, come talk to us!
Our coaches will spend a lot of time with your kids (especially if they are on team). So, as coaches we want you to know your kids are in great hands. Our goal is to be competitive but above all else, happy. I want the atmosphere to be such that we work out hard but we have fun doing it. Our high energy and fun environment will make it so your kids want to come every night.

Girls' Team and AAU Team Coach
Beginning my gymnastics career at the age of 2, I made it all the way to elite and received a full scholarship to West Virginia University. However, due to an injury during my senior year in high school, I was unable to keep my scholarship. I went on to coach compulsory and optional gymnastics for my home gym beginning in 1999. After taking a leave of absence to begin my family, I now have two daughters who are both competitive gymnasts.
I believe gymnastics is a lot more than just learning the skills- it is about making accomplishments within yourself, giving it your all, and most of all having fun! My goal is to empower children through fitness and fun.
