Our intermediate to advanced tumbling classes are geared towards those students who have attained the basic tumbling skills and are moving towards more advanced tumbling like: back-handsprings, front & back tucks, ariels, and twisting. Open to boys and girls ages 5 and up, pending evaluation.

Flip For Life!
Moms (or Dads) bring in their little ones to climb, jump, and roll around in the gym. It's a blast for both the child and the parent! A great way to interact with other kids and develop key motor skills! Open to ages 18 months - 3 years. Parent/guardian participation is required.
Our beginner to intermediate Tumbling classes will concentrate on floor and tumble track skills. We will start with the basics like: cartwheels, handstands, and walkovers. This is for all school age children and is great for cheerleaders. Open to girls and boys ages 5 and up.
Our toddler class is for both boys and girls ages 2 1/2 - 4. Let your child come develop strength, social skills and coordination. Parents can join in to start the class but are encouraged to let them start taking class independently. This class focuses on basic gymnastics and motor skills.
The preschool class is for boys and girls ages 3 1/2 - 5. The goal of this class is for your child to get fit and have fun! Watch them conquer obstacles and become awesome little athletes.
Our beginning gymnastics classes are geared towards getting students strong and confident. Girls will learn the basics of gymnastics on Beam, Floor, Vault, & Bars. Our girls' programs are meant to challenge students in fun and creative ways. Open to ages 5 and up.
Boys will get a chance to add strength, flexibility, and body awareness. They will learn to flip in a safe environment instead of off of your couch! Bring them in so we can burn away some of their energy. Open to ages 5 and up.
Ninja curriculum includes agility exercises (slanted steps, box jumps, wall runs), upper body fitness (monkey bars, cargo net climb, rings work) and other obstacle course, problem solving and body awareness work. Ninja classes are open to boys and girls ages 7 and up.
